Join us for a mix of daily meditation classes - lead by a certified and experienced teachers - and Sacred Sites Tours at Tiruvannamalai and sacred mountain Arunachala. Some retreats will also include travel to other South Indian destinations, such as Pondicherry, Auroville, Sri Puram, Kodaikanal, Ooty, and parts of Kerala. It is also possible to add yoga and healing courses as part of your retreat.
