Special(S):


A cashew nut is classified as special if it has the characteristic shape of a cashew kernel and not more than 1/8th of the kernel has been broken off. This grade may also be designated as "S'.




Double(D):

The Double are fuller in shape. They are rich in flavor and are also eaten as its own as they are lightly salted and sugared. These fancy butts cashew nuts can be availed at market leading prices. Color : Kernels may be Scroched
Characteristics : Slightly Darkened due to Over heating while drying in drier/borma
