This Rehabilitation centre for the person with mental illness was started on 31 of March 2015 Now there are 19 Women and 29 Men making a total of 48 forty eight inmates in this home . The inmates wake up at 6 in the morning and follow a well planned routine till they go to bed at 9;00 in the night.Warming up exercise followed by exercise based on yoga are regularly practiced,before taking bath every morning. After break fast such handicrafts like cover making artificial jwellery making pen stand and paper carry bag etc are taught. Out door and indoor games are practiced in the evening every day .After freshening up and tea the inmates watch TV. Twice in a month a psychiatrist examines every inmate prescribes medicines which are carefully administered by the nurse as it might be required. When an inmates complains of any other general health problem he\she is taken to the hospital for treatment.If there is need, an inmate is treated as inpatient in the hospital . When some one calls to inform that in any other public place there is a person suspected to have mental illness the rescue team of the center goes to the spot and brings the person to the center.He\she is cleaned up, and groomed reasonably well and admitted in the center with proper report given to the police station of the area.Also the person rescued is examined by the psychiatrist.
