We use simple and effective, highly researched modalities of Human behaviour change like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and Emotional Freedom Therapy. We offer Counselling, Life Coaching, Life Skills Workshops, Corporate Trainings & EAP services.
We understand the gaps in training in Psychology and Psychotherapy in India and strongly believe in continued Education for Mental Health and Psychology Practitioners.
