Nibhay N. Gaur did his B.Sc.Maths] , B.Ed. and M.A. in English literature at the Jiwaji university Gwalior(MP) ,his M.Phil.[English literature] at DAVV Indore(acquiring 91%). He got higher education at the English Training Institute, Bhopal . He worked as a lecturer in two leading Higher Secondary Schools in M.P. and then moved to the Govt. PG College Rajgarh (Bhopal) where he was professor of English and The President of English Association .

He directed and taught a large no. of courses for brilliant students, teachers,professors,leaders,advocates,doctors.His students have been settled in India and abroad
