KSR Builders, the proprietary concern was started in 2003, has evolved from KRISHNASAMY & SONS, class I construction firm started by Late.KRISHNASAMY REDDIAR in 1940. SUNDAR REDDIAR @ GOVINDAN started KSR Builders to promote individual residential houses and farmhouses in and around PONDICHERRY.
With immense experience as a PWD contractor for over 23 years in constructing government buildings and laying roads, we started KSR Builders to create economical houses without any compromise on the quality of the buildings.
We ensure proper documents of the land, authorised government approved plans and full assistance in seeking loans from any bank.
Our vision is to help every man who dreams to own a beautiful and aesthetic house in his early 30’s!!
