Kalki Art of Self Defence is a marriage of 3 different forms of martial arts---

It has been modified to suit the need of females. It is not as much based on strength as on technique, so women and girls find it easier to learn and implement.

Kalki sessions also include meditation, power yoga, cyber security, telecom threats awareness besides self-defense, which makes it a complete and wholesome package. It can be practiced anywhere and everywhere, so that girls and women feel secure on the streets and their work place.
