About Our School

Educational institutions are the milestones of a cultural Society.Until 1930’s,there was no development in the field of education at kadampanad village and nearby places.At that time the great visionary Sri.KR KRISHNA PILLAI understood the importance of education and he established an educational institution in kadampanad village.At first,he began the Malayalam middle school in a small building for this purpose.Sri. R Velu pillai was the first headmaster and later the baton was handed over to Sri.T S Krishna Iyer,R Velu pillai,N Raman pillai,P P Padmanabhan pillai,P Narayana pillai etc.After fifteen years the Malayalam middle school became Malayalam High School and then to High School Kadampanad.other3

Sri. K Raveendranathan Pillai became the manager after the demise of the founder manager Sri. K R Krishna pillai like his father,he also lead this institution in to integrity.He was a versatile genius as we ever seen.His knowledge in English,Sanskrit etc astorished his colleageous and all.

Later the school was bifurcated to Girls, Boys and Mannady H S and managed by the great Sri.K.Raveendranathan pillai.Later our school was turned to KRKPM BHS & VHSS,KADAMPANAD.He eas humble and simple and philanthropist.He helped the poor people generously.The great leader passed away from us on 29th June 2012.It was really a great loss for all we could not forget his smiling,humble face from our memories.

Now the school is managed by Smt.P Sreelekshmi,who is the eldest daughter of Sri. K Raveendranathan pillai.She is leading our school through the same path paved by her great father,along with a great support of her husband and school patron Sri.S K Anilkumar.The present Head Mistress of our school is Smt.C V Preetha and Principal N N Suresh who is active and co operative in all.We have classes from up to VHSE.There are twelve divisions in UP and Seventeen divisions in H S section.There are three English medium divisions in each standards.The present teachers follow the ancestral qualities.

The broad mindedness and Virtues of our former manager Sri.K Raveendranathan pillai and present Manager Smt.P Sreelekshmi and S K Anilkumar help us to perform our duties to the best of our ability.
