Our state-of-the-art Production Facility
Fully automated in-house cleansing, grading & packing unit

MTRA : Grading Accessory (end result : uniform grain size, bigger/smaller food particles are rejected).
Aspiration Channels are mainly used for grain cleansing, specifically separating lighter particles from granular products.
Destoner setup (including MANA) assists in separating high density impurities such as stones and pieces of metal and glass from a continuous product stream. MANA helps recover the good grains during this process.
Cyclone Separators : This accessory collects and accumulates the powder/dust generated at each stage of our cleansing/grading process.
Packing Unit : Fully automated, 14 Multi-head weigher with pouch packing capabilities.
Production Capacity : 250 g / 500 g (65 count per minute), 1 kg (45 count per minute) and 5 kg (10 count per minute).
