Sony TV’s hit show Indian Idol has inspired global owners of the Idol brand Fremantle Media, to enter into an exclusive partnership with KarmYog Education Network to roll out its flagship program: INDIAN IDOL ACADEMY.

We take pleasure in announcing the launch of this first of its kind performing arts academy for young learners in the world, in Mumbai.

The Academy provides children access to music, singing and performance training, learning from major music legends with the most direct access possible in a classroom setting. The Academy instills a deep love of music in all children, increases their confidence, and improves their ability to focus. The initial programs of the academy provide basic music education to all children. More advanced programs are available to children who have talent and motivation to study advanced singing.

Academy campus includes brick-and-mortar learning centers as well as technology-enabled devices and mediums that are used to provide specific kinds of learning experiences. An academic council led by eminent music celebrities like Hariharan, Salim Merchant, Kavitha Krishnamurthy, Alka Yagnik, Anand Sharma, and Vikram Ghosh who also deliver their wisdom to the children has designed the course structure. Children from all over the country receive similar learning from the stars.

While the Academy is designed for all who love music, it also facilitates exclusive entry to the Indian Idol Junior Show Auditions for talented children.
