From Cochin, Kerala, IncrEDIBLE art started out in 2008 by Rumana Jaseel and moved into a commercial space in the year 2014.
Incredible Art- the Boutique, is all about creating a state of the art concept putting together three areas in the field of Baking and Confectionery, all under one roof.
Incredible Art is a Patisserie, Cake Boutique and an Academy focusing on Professionalism, Creativity and Teaching.
Drawing strong inspiration from European pastry art, our Patisserie is the place where one would find pastries with a professional and modernist approach.
The Cake Boutique is a place where one would find creativity at it's best, bringing smiles on our clients' faces and adding a Midas touch to their occasion with our Customized specialty cakes. We generally fix up a meeting with our clients to discuss their requirements
The Academy has a Culinary Theatre with a seating capacity for around 30 guests at a time. It also has a workshop where there would be keen attention given to an individual who wants to polish his/ her skills in the field of Baking and Confectionery. Our aim is to bring out the best in the teaching field by conducting classes and inviting over Guest Chefs both National and International over for demo/workshop sessions that would concentrate around a specific design of study covering all cuisines. Our long-term future plan is to attain accreditation with a well-known university that supports this cause in a professional way.
Attached to the above mentioned, is a reasonably equipped Lab for the purpose of production.

About Rumana Jaseel:
Rumana Jaseel is from Cochin, Kerala. Born and brought up at Bangalore.Rumana started out her career with a Professional background of being a Registered Dietician. Her passion for Baking and Pastry started since school days while she was in grade 8. She is self-taught Cake Artist, being the only cake artist in India to be chosen as one among the four Finalists in the Wedding Cake Category, for the prestigious Cake Masters Awards held at Birmingham, UK in the year 2015. She has been Indian Chef Instructor to teach at Masterclass on Wedding Cakes, at the India Pastry Forum, Academy of Pastry Arts, India in the year 2016 and 2017.
Chef Rumana is a certified Patissier and Chocolatier with immense passion and drive to explore the field of World Class Pastry the International way. She is the most sought out professional to have brought in the interest and inspired many budding bakers to enter into the world of French Pastry in India ever since times when the world of Pastry art in India was just beginning to bloom.
A dedicated and Passionate Chef Instructor who never tires from sharing her immense knowledge and molds and builds in her students, a desire to perfect a strong foundation in Pastry and Baking by practicing skills on a range of beautiful creations from Classics to the most recent Modernistic approach in the Pastry World. A person who strongly believes that “Once knowledge and skills are MASTERED, there is no limit to what one can create in this vast world of Pastry. She/ he can create Magic in true sense”. A person who also believes that “Learning never ends, and must continue”.
Rumana Jaseel, with over 10 years’ experience, is one of the leading Pastry Chefs, is an Entrepreneur, Owner of Incredible Art, Kochi. Executive Pastry Chef and Cake Artist at 3-year- old Incredible Art- Artisan Cake Boutique & Academy, with the academy being a qualified center for City and Guilds, London, offering courses specializing in Patisserie. Incredible Art, being a pioneer brand in French Pastry at Cochin, she recently started her first Patisserie, specializing in French Pastry products at Kochi and has a few more upcoming plans in the loop, in a few years to come.
