HRDC Ranchi

Human resource development centre is the official organ of the church that looks after the developmental activities on behalf of the church. Since its inception in (1995), it has been addressing the area of socio-economic development, by way of arousing the human potentials in various ways within and outside the church, with the sole idea to build up the ailing society faced with critical issues and problems. We still stand firm for the cause of the society. We have 11 working staff in HRDC. 19 staff in the project field and 67 staff in the mission field of GEL church.
OUR VISION: To help build up on alternative life-situation in the society, in which life is manifested in/with all its abundance in the place of the one marked with human sufferings.
Our Mission: Transformation of the social situation of the marginalized Adivasi and Dalits, including the weaker section of the society by way of arousing the latent inner-human potentials and capacity and thereby help them to effectively relate themselves with prevailing social realities and available means and resources to help effect the process of change in holistic terms. 
Overall Goal: To bring about change and transformation in the society; characterized by the “human-face-of-development” in its integrity with nature and environment.
