HKE's SLN college of engineering, Raichur

Dr.S.B.Chetti, the Present Principal occupied the post on 17th June 2007.

He did stupendous job as Training and placement Officer over a period of two and half years. He is backed by more than 30 years of teaching experience coupled with research in the field of Ground Water Exploration and Data Processing through satellite Images. He has to his credit a few publications in National & International Journals.

He was a participant in International Training Programme on Hydrology conducted by UNESCO at Water Resources Research Institute, Budapest , Hungary from 1st Feb 1992 to 31st July 1992.

He was Regional Co-ordinator of NSTS Examination of UNIFIED Council. As a Director and President of Rotary Club, Raichur from 2002 to 2013, he introduced innovative Social Welfare Oriented Schemes with much success.

With his strong academic background, the institute is fully benefited by his vision guidance. He has introduced many activities which bring student community closer to faculty and create a homely atmosphere of learning and leading disciplined life.

He is very much open for suggestions from parents and if judicious, will implement, making the administration very flexible.
