Health and Homeopathy

Health and Homeopathy is a health resource started by Shikha Goyal- a Homeopathic consultant. After finishing her Degree in Homeopathy from Nehru Homeopathic Medical College, New Delhi, she worked with a reputed chain of clinics and treated several patients suffering from various respiratory, skin and different kinds of allergies successfully.She then moved to California where she pursued further education in Nutrition and Stress counselling from San Francisco State University. She moved back to Mumbai in 2007.
Health and Homeopathy is about Holistic treatment of patients including making significant changes to ones lifestyle like practical tips on diet, exercise and dealing with day to day stress coupled with homeopathic treatment. The science of Homeopathy aims at treating the root cause of the problem( including stress amongst many other) and not just the manifestation( the symptoms). It works on the principle that “The best gift you can give to your patient is your undivided attention and time to understand the person as an individual" which is one of the main principles of Homeopathy.
