HAR GROUP was founded by Mr.Hamza Haji, in the year 1957 in Singapore. The promoters of the group hail from Kannur, Kerala, the land of looms and lores. Kannur holds a special place in the trade history of Kerala for its legendary handlooms and spice market. The Group started its operation in Kannur in 1986, has grown to size as a sin qua non in the business map of Kerala serving lakhs of satisfied customers during the course of the last 22years.

In 2002, The Company was awarded the Maruti Dealership by Maruti Suzuki India Limited, and started the operation under the name of HARCARS, which is a unit of HAR AUTO Pvt. Ltd.
