Green City, Bathinda

It has been a voyage of 13 glorious years, since we began and now we stand diversified in service and nature but united in innovation, improvement and Modernisation. What exactly happened during the course of our thirteen years long journey cannot simply be described in words. All we would like to say is that it was an exhilarating experience.

It was early in 2000, at Bathinda in Punjab where Sh. Darshan Kumar Garg, “Founder of our group” A visionary and a passionate entrepreneur had established its 1st company in the name of DMR BUILDERS PVT.LTD. He gained very rich experience in the field of civil construction work, commercial and non-commercial Real Estate, Urban development during this journey.

In the year 2006 Sh. D. P. Goyal joined hands with Sh. Darshan Kumar Garg, as director of DMR BUILDERS PVT.LTD. The seven years journey that they together embarked on turned our group from a new company looking for a scalable business model to one of the most successful conglomerates in the state of Punjab.

In the same Year of 2006 Our Group, also diversified into Real Estate Business and established New Real Estate Company in the name of KANHIYA REAL ESTATE & INFRASTRUCTURE and developed a Residential colony named “GREEN CITY” in the heart of Bhatinda city. This project received an overwhelming response.

RECENT COMPLETED PROJECTS
Our most recent achievements are completion of various Government, Semi-Government & Private projects very successfully, some of the projects are:

1- BDA complex Building, Bathinda
2- Institute of Hotel Management & Hostel, Bathinda
3- Construction of Administrative block and workshop for crafts man skill Development centre
at village Abulkhurana , Distt: Muktsar ( Punjab).
4-Construction of university complexes at Jaitu and Guruharshai (Punjab)
5-Construction of community centre and H type police station at Bathinda (Punjab)
6-Construction of two multipurpose stadiums at Bathinda (Punjab)
7-Construction of three hospitals at Tapa, Moonak and Bolath in Punjab.
