GOVT. GIRLS MODEL HR. SEC SCHOOL is situated on the heart of district Rajouri in the picturesque landscape of Pirpanjal Range. We are part of the School Education Department of Govt. of Jammu and Kashmir and benefit from the natural beauty of the surrounding areas. GOVT. GIRLS MODEL HR. SEC SCHOOL was exclusively started to provide modern education to Girl child of Rajouri City and adjoining areas of district. GOVT. GIRLS MODEL HR. SEC SCHOOL is relatively small which we regard as an advantage. The children are quickly known individually by all members of staff and an atmosphere where all are respected and cared for as individuals prevails. Each and every one of our children is special to us. The grounds of the school are used as a much valued resource and help the children to develop a greater awareness and appreciation of their environment. The school is situated in extensive grounds with hard and grassed areas, having excellent provision for outdoor sports. The school has its own Botanical Garden. We use the outdoor environment to help us deliver the curriculum as and when this is appropriate to do so.
