G. S. S. S. Ghanahatti

Government Senior Secondary School Ghanahatti, situated on Shimla-Mandi National Highway (NH88) just 13 kilometers from the Shimla Main City.

Ghanahatti is a very beautiful place with a sound natural environment. The school is located at the beautiful location just at the starting of Bareli Forest Region. The GSSS Ghanahatti School is renovated about 10 years ago and updated ASAP to be updated with latest Technology and Study Environment.

NCC- National Cadet Corps: It is the branch of Army basically a starting point for the army, is under the guidance of Mr. Shankar Thakur(Caption [Not Sure]). The regular activity of NCC is ensure be the NCC incharge and lots of opportunity is given to students studying there.

NSS- National Service Scheme- Firstly under the guidance of Mr. Balwant and than Mr. K. K. Sharma. The NSS group attended 3 camps (till 2007), Two in Ghanahatti and One in Diggal, Solan.

One of the most best thing about the school that the faculty and the Principal are co-operative in nature and allow us to do activities as possible and helps in functions and seminars.
