01. Laser Shearograph to thoroughly inspect Tires for separations and damages unlike in manual inspection where radial tires cannot be checked by intensity of sound produced by tapping.

02. Non Destructive Tester to determine if any steel cords are damaged (zipper), weak or rusted, which is not possible manually.

03. Spectra Nail Hole Detector is used to detect all nail holes in the tire which are not visible manually and ensures that no nail hole is missed at all.

04. Computerized Buffer: Tires are buffed on a computer programmed laser centered buffer to obtain precise uniformity, concentricity, radius and retain adequate under tread thickness. This computerized buffer detects the Steel belt in a Radial Tire) and Nylon Plies in a Bias Tire) using the laser and magnetic resonance technologies and buffs, such that Steel belt / Nylon Plies are not damaged, unlike in Manual Buffer, which weakens the tire casing’s strength.

05. Computerized Builder: Laser Centered Computerized Tread Builder is used to apply the tread on the buffed tire. The machine uniformly stretches and applies the tread on the tire such that a perfect balanced retreaded tire is produced.

06. Computerized Electric Curing Chambers: The tires are cured in Fully Automatic Computer Programmed Electric Curing Chamber, wherein, process parameters such as cure temperature, curing differential pressures and cure time are precisely controlled. The cured tires are post inflated to relieve the thermal stresses.

07. Retreaded tires are once again finally inspected in the Laser Shearograph before the tire is delivered to the Customer.
