It was through sheer accident that I stepped into the field of photography. But there is no denying that I was fascinated by photography since my younger days. It was photography that gave me a fresh lease of life and nurtured me all these 12 years. The advice and the encouragement I received from the eminent photographer, Sri. Gurudatt Kamath and the well known art critic, Sri. A. Ishwarayya helped me to grow up in the field of photography. All these factors led me to bag 10 international, 8 national and 24 state level awards in various photography exhibitions.

I believe that constant experimentation and fresh approach is essential for a photographer to create worthwhile images. Excellence in technology is no doubt a pre requisite but that alone will not make a man creative.

I love two types of photography. One, the unsullied beauty of the nature and the other one, the emotion charged wedding scenes. Therefore I will not miss for anything an opportunity to recreate the beauty of the nature or capture the kaleidoscopic emotional ingredients of a wedding ceremony. I have roamed from Kasmir to Kanyakumari to click the small and the mighty creatures of the nature. The freezing cold of th Himalayas and the dust filled deserts of Rajastan have not deterred me from this pursuit. Each and every wedding photography assignment in Maharastra, Gujarath, Rajasthan, Kerala and Tamilnadu has provided me new experience. The cultural diversity and the wide variety in rituals found in the marriage ceremonies of various communities have never failed to fascinate me. I feel that I am fortunate to be able to see and capture the magnificent moments of life in holistic manner.
