FGM Govt. College Adampur was established in 1981, in the sacred memory of a known philanthropist and father of country’s late Prime Minister Shri Rajiv Gandhi, Feroze Gandhi Memorial Post Graduate College, Adampur. It is a premier institute of higher learning in this rural-belt of the state, providing quality education not only to the students of the nearby area, but also to those of the adjoining state of Rajasthan. The institute aims at achieving excellence in education through all possible means and traits of the human mind viz., creativity and intelligence, aptitude and rational thinking, positive sentiments and skills, good values and attitudes.
