East Indian Bottle Masala

The East Indian community is very secretive in their spices. The secret of the spices is passed on generation to generation. There are different types of blended spices that are used in all the possible dishes made by the East Indian community.

The East Indian Bottle Masala: This is a blend of 28 different types of Spices. Dried in the sun until the moisture in the spices has evaporated and then roasted to perfection. Once roasted they are then pounded and stored in bottles so that the taste the aroma and the colour is intact for the entire year round.

Fish Masala: This is a blend of 7 different types of spices. Dried in the sun to evaporate the moisture and then pounded to used all year round.

Vindaloo Masala : This is a blend of 8 different types of spices. Dried in the sun to evaporate the moisture in the spices and pounded.
