FLAH-E-MILLAT TRUST Feels great pleasure in establishing Dr. Halim Homoeopathic Medical college & Hospital to the need of homoeopathic teaching and medical services to the ailing humanity in general and vast Mithila region in particular. The Homoeopathic system of medical science is an acceptable, dependable, curative, proven system of medicine for the ailing humanity. It is proved that it has no side effect of any kind and moreover cures disease rapidly and gently without any other stigma to the sufferer. The institute is named after Late Dr. A. Halim who was a dedicated Homoeopathic practice throughout his long professional career strictly on the principle of this system of medicine. During the whole period of his practice he served and took care of need and poor people of his area. He was also associated with social-religious works. He rendered exemplary services is a member in Bihar state board of homoeopathic medicine, Patna being nominee of the state government.

The trust decided to pay him memory to translate his dream into reality to bring the above said college& hospital in existence. It is accepted by all that the people’s faith in the Homoeopathic system of medical treatment is deep rooted. The trust is aware that the challenge of the homoeopathic system of treatment has left all the science of medical treatment to humanity behind it in respect of cheap, affordable and radical cure of chronic diseases.

This college is established under Article- 30(i)/and 29 of the constitution of India to serve the interest of minority community in particular and suffering humanity in general. The college shall cater to the need of medical education of this path to the minority community in particular and also to non-minority in general to the desirable extent but not contrary to the interest and purpose of the trust for which the college has been established.
