BSP = Basic Sale Price
PLC = Preferential Location Charges
EDC = External Development Charges
IDC = Infrastructure Development Charges
IFMS = Interest Free Maintenances Security @ Rs. 20/- per Sq. Feet.
CMF = Club Membership Fee @ Rs. 75,000/-
TDS = Tax Deduction as Source @ 1% on the property having sale value (BSP +PLC) more than Rs. 50, 00,000/-
Other Charges = Stamp Duty + Electric Connection Charges + Fire Fighting Charges + Registration Charges + Legal Charges + Misc. exp.

Note:
1. Service Tax, HVAT and other Govt. taxes and charges shall be payable extra as per prevailing rates by the applicant to the Company time to time.
2. Car Parking Allotment Charges shall be Rs. 2,00,000/- for Basement and stilt car park space Rs.1,50,000/- and Rs. 75,000/- for open car park space.
3. Power Backup Charges shall be Rs. 25,000/- per KVA. Minimum 2 KVA is essential for each apartment.
4. Electric Connection Charges shall be Rs. 50,000/- per apartment/unit.
5. Fire Fighting Equipment Charges shall be Rs. 25,000/- per apartment/unit.
6. Preferential Location Charges shall be payable as per following rates-
For First Floor Unit Rs. 100/- per Square Feet
For Second Floor Unit Rs. 75/- per Square Feet
For Third Floor Unit Rs. 50/- per Square Feet
For Park Facing Unit Rs. 50/- per Square Feet
