1.0 SCOPE AND METHODOLOGY OF WORK
The Design & Project Associates team works with the design professionals to develop the product as per their design solutions that are safe, functional, attractive and meet the needs of the people using the drawings provided. Specializing in manufacturing of all kinds of hotels, residential and office furniture .
1.1 SAFETY FIRST:-safety is our primary concern. We guide all the working teams and the supervisors on all safety aspects/norms as nominated by the respective authorities.
1.2 QUALITY CONTROL:- The organization exercises strict measures for quality control including research, analysis and integration of knowledge into the creative process,. The management makes all efforts to improve the quality on root level be it procurement of material from market, or a working method or the communication system. The management believes that a Job delivered with the best of material and workmanship will relieve the organization from unwanted after sales & service.
1.3 PROJECT PLANNING:- Once the job is awarded our team first analyses the drawings, time schedules, and evaluates the team requirements by setting up the whole process of estimation of materials, procurement schedules, cash flow, insurance process etc., and the team is prepared for execution as per requirements for effective coordination and ensures targets are achieved for timely execution.
1.4 EXECUTION:- As being in the Interior decoration & Turnkey Contract Profession we know how to implement the ideas created by the Architects/ Designers. We also know about the modern materials and products that will be used to create and furnish the space. In addition, we understand the structural requirements of the plans, the health and safety issues, and many other technical aspects.
1.5 PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION:- Because we often work with Architects, Interior Designers and other service providers, interior decorators are both good team leaders and good team players. We are always willing to negotiate and mediate when necessary to solve problems. In this process of jobs, we have worked in past with many reputed & renowned Architects, Landscape designers, HVAC consultants, Civil & Structural Engineers all around the Country.
1.6 SCOPE OF SERVICES:-We provide services performed by professional and skilled group of artisans, qualified by means of education, experience and examination, to protect and enhance the life, health, safety and welfare of the public. These services may include any or the entire Wood work, Painting/Polishing, False ceiling etc.,Interior turnkey Project works under one roof:

2.0 TIME :- We have excellent time and project management abilities since we frequently work on more than one project at a time under demanding deadlines. We understand business planning, and we know interior decoration is a multi-faceted profession in which creative and technical solutions are applied within a structure to achieve a built interior environment in accordance with the Architects.

3.0 COST:- The rates are calculated on the basis of level of design and material input required for the Project on the actual costs adding minimal margins. We are glad to state that you will find our rates the most reasonable and competitive in the market.

4.0 CONFIDENTIALITY:- Design & Project Associates shall maintain confidentiality with respect to all document, activities & processes related to the client.The Company agree that all Designs and other work, information and materials disclosed or supplied one to the other will be confidential between the Company and the Client and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the employers or freelance staff of either of the Client or the Company) without the prior written authority of the other.
