CrossFit ForSure Bangalore

CrossFit For Sure (CFFS) is a true CrossFit Box. We are not a typical gym - you will realise this when you walk through our doors. We don't have treadmills.... we run outside, we don't watch TV shows while we workout.... they are a distraction. Instead at CFFS you will find pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells and wide open space for squatting, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing - moving your body the way it is meant to be moved. It means that all your workouts will be comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sport. Simply put, we focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in your daily activities.

We are open to all and everyone who want to make a difference to their fitness levels and transform their bodies and lives. Don't be intimidated, we train everyone and anyone willing - any fitness level, from any background, any age group.

The facility offers a range of options to train and test your fitness levels, you will never be bored and you probably will never repeat a routine in a long long time. Apart from the 100% built to suit CrossFit facility we offer shower and locker facility for both men and women to accommodate those on the move.
