Conference on Intentionality, Normativity, and Objectivity

The members and alumni of the Department of Philosophy, University of Hyderabad, are pleased to announce an international conference on Intentionality, Normativity and Objectivity, on 8th, 9th and 10th January, 2015. The event is being organized as an academic prelude to honour and bid farewell to Prof A Dasgupta, Prof S G Kulkarni and Prof R C Pradhan in view of their superannuation in 2015. The themes of the conference had been the abiding interests of teaching and research of these three stalwarts of our department.



The conference features a keynote address by Prof Akeel Bilgrami, invited talks on the work of the three professors and paper presentations by their ex-students. Each day of the conference is dedicated to a professor who will respond to the speakers at the end of the day.
