Competent Group created the dream homes for our customers through various projects namely, carnation home (civil lines), classic Home (Civil Lines), Classic Green (D. D. Puram), Sai Residency (Rajendra Nagar) with in a record period of 10-20 months. During the decade of 70-80 Bareilly was known to the industrial hub but sooner ot later that all were vanished.
