Chintapalle, Visakhapatnam district

Chintapalle or Chintapalli is a major tourist and historic town and mandal in Visakhapatnam district in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.Every year lakhs (hundreds of thousands) of tourists from all over the country come here during the winter season. The temperature in this area sometimes falls down to almost minus 2 degrees Celsius. Tourists come here to enjoy the cold winter nights and early morning snow fall. Sunrise is seen after 10 a.m and the daytime sun light is very short.
