Carnival de Goa

Located just a floor above Grill House, Carnival de Goa embodies the vibrant spirit of Goa with its wait staff clad in beach style attires, mosaic tiled tables, boat shaped crockery and music. Some of the interesting dishes on the menu are Chicken Cafreal, Chicken Xacuti, Goan Roast Beef and Goan Sausage Pulao. There is also the smoked Goan Sausages, Beef Enrolado, Goan Sausage Pulao, Mutton Rissoles and Pork Sorpotel. The range of cocktails, drinks and beers add to the experience. Desserts like Alla Bele, Foddi, and Tavlele Nuste are straight out of the Goan kitchen, and should not be missed.
