Budhlada is a city and a municipal council in Mansa district in the state of Punjab, India. It is located in the Cotton Belt of India and is one of the largest cotton markets in Asia. Most of the population there depends on the agricultural yield in the area. The Budhlada city is divided into 13 wards for which elections are held every 5 years.
