This is to inform to the members of the public that M/s. Bochapathar Tea Estate Private Limited (CIN: U01132AS1947PTC000756) having its registered office at Purnananda Road, Dibrugarh, Assam – 786001, India is a family company, founded by Late Nandeshwar Chakravarty.
We, Mrs. Nizara Devi, Mr. Shanta Prasad Chakravarty, Mrs. Madhukrishna Baruah and Mrs. Madhusandhya Barkataki, are the shareholders of M/s. Bochapathar Tea Estate Private Limited holding in aggregate 21.57% shares of M/s. Bochapathar Tea Estate Private Limited and are descendants of Late Nandeshwar Chakravarty.
Members of the public are hereby cautioned that any transaction, contract, deal, agreement whatsoever entered with M/s. BochapatharTea Estate Private Limited for purchase, acquisition, buy, transfer, lease, mortgage or creation of any other interest in or in respect of any of the property or assets of M/s. Bochapathar Tea Estate Private Limited, wholly or partially, full or any part of it shall be illegal, void ab initio, invalid without our express written approval that is without the express written approval of Mrs. Nizara Devi and Mr. Shanta Prasad Chakravarty and Mrs. Madhukrishna Baruah and Mrs. Madhusandhya Barkataki. Any person individual or legal or artificial juridical whatsoever entering into or effecting any transaction, contract, deal, agreement whatsoever as referred above without the express written approval of Mrs. Nizara Devi and Mr. Shanta Prasad Chakravarty and Mrs. Madhukrishna Baruah and Mrs. Madhusandhya Barkataki shall be liable to adequately and sufficiently indemnify Mrs. Nizara Devi, Mr. Shanta Prasad Chakravarty, Mrs. Madhukrishna Baruah and Mrs. Madhusandhya Barkataki for any loss, damage, interest, cost, consequences, legal suit arising out of or consequent to any transaction or contract or deal or agreement whatsoever entered into by the said person without express written approval of Mrs. Nizara Devi and Mr. Shanta Prasad Chakravarty and Mrs. Madhukrishna Baruah and Mrs. Madhusandhya Barkataki.
