B.N.N. College was established in June 1996 by Padmashri Annasaheb Jadhav, the Founder President of the Mandal to cater to the academic needs of the students of Bhiwandi and surrounding areas. The College started with Arts and Commerce faculties to begin with and soon got permission to start Science faculty also.

Today, B.N.N. College has become a centre of academic attraction and excellence in the district of Thane with its conventional as well as professional courses. It has diverse disciplines like Junior college, Senior College, Post graduate courses, Vocational courses and Self funded courses.
