Bhatkhande Sangeet Mahavidyalaya was established in 1950 in an effort to impart music lessons to students all over India. The school is affiliated to Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya in 1956. The institution is one of the oldest and among the most reputed ones in this field. The college has been conducting several music programmes & Lecture demonstrations on different occasions by outside artists as well as its own staff members for the benefit of students.
Institute offers a variety of Degree and Diploma programs in the field of music. Our mission is to provide best education system in the forms of arts like music.
In future institution plans to integrate & provide relevant skills oriented teaching system amongst which sound Programming, Sound Animation, Music Composing, Course of Recordist, Music Arranger ,sound Editing Dance Direction, Oriental System of Dance Teaching etc. are amongst those, which are coming up with the modern time rather than traditional teachings of music.
