Bharathiyar College of Engineering & Technology

Bharathiyar College of Engineering and Technology is one of the foremost institutions founded by Sri Balaji Educational trust in the year 1997. It is a pioneer institution and first self financing college in U.T of Puducherry.

It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Pondicherry University. BCET strives to discover practical uses for theoretical knowledge, and to speed up the diffusion of information to its students, the state, the nation, and to the world. In encouraging both research and application, this institution will continue to be a catalyst for positive intellectual and technological change.

Our Institution has implemented a quality management system as per the guidelines of ISO 9001-2008 and has been awarded ISO certification by TUV NORD. Six of our departments have been accredited by the NBA and once again moving ahead with National Board of Accreditation (NBA) of AICTE. The College is offering various Under-Graduate and Post-Graduate Programmes. The primary goal of the institution is to turn out well-trained and dedicated young citizens to fill in the ranks of engineering profession with quality education.
