About Pandit Ganeshji's birth, education and childhood:

Date of birth: Vikram samvat 1903 pausha Krishna pratipada. Day: Thursday
Father's name: Pandit Shri Ghanshyamdasji belonging to Ruthala khandelwals, a Brahmin family of Bhugala. A small village near Nawalgarh, in Jhunjhunu district of rajasthan, India.
Education: He used to walk to Nawalgarh every day, which is about 14 kms from Bhugala. He gained his education under the able guidance of his Guru Pandit Rudendra Shastriji. He was well-versed in Hindi and Sanskrit. He was also a gifted astrologer.
Likes: Writing Poetry.
Marriage: Ganeshji got married at the age of 14, to Devi Sheonandi, in Vikram Samvat 1917, Jyestha Badi Navmi.
Family: Ganeshji was blessed with two daughters named Kunani and Bhani. Ganeshji was a staunch devotee of Lord Shiva and Goddess Durga, and he spent a large amount of time in worshipping them.

About Pandit Ganeshji's Siddhi:

Shakti Sakshaatkar: Vikram Samvat 1942 At the request of the Chokhani family of Nawalgarh, Ganeshji embarked on a nine day fast and worshipped Goddess Durga. He did so, enclosed within a Shivalaya (Shiv Temple) , in isolation, without food and water. While undergoing this fast, he had requested not to be disturbed by anyone, at all. Eight days had passed, and Ganeshji had not opened the doors to the Shivalaya. All the local Pandits, could not digest such a dedicated fast. On the nineth day, out of sheer jealousy, they forced their way into the temple. Incidentally, it was at the same time Goddess Durga appeared in front of Ganeshji and was blessing him. This untimely intrusion by the local pandits, resulted in ruining his resolve. Even then, he succeeded in bringing happiness to the Chokhani family. Due to this incident, Ganeshji became popular amongst the common folk. However, Ganeshji did not feel discouraged after this incident. Taking this positively, he considered it as an indication from Goddess Durga that it is now time to embark on a devotional journey. His family also supported him in this endeavor and released him from his homely responsibilities.
“D-Kaar” Mantra: In 1944, Ganeshji formally renounced all worldly pleasures, including his family to follow the path shown to him by Goddess Durga. During this period, Goddess Durga blessed him with this mantra and asked him to worship Lord Shiva. After this incident, Ganeshji was blessed with the ability to see into the past and also the future, resulting in him living in a trance at all times. People considered him to be of unstable mind, and gave him the title of “Bawaliya” (which in English means “ Deranged”). Ganeshiji moved to Gudha Gorji, another village near Bhugala and spent a year there. It was here, that the title of “Paramhans” was bestowed upon him. He then moved to jasrapur, where he spent about 6 months. In 1947, he moved to Chirawa, and stayed there till he took Samadhi in Vikram Samvat 1969.
In Chirawa, where he spent almost 22 years, Panditji spent most of his time in Shivalaya (Shiva Temple) and Shamshaan-bhoomi (Hindu burial Ground). During the day, he roamed the streets of Chirawa and would accept food given to him by the villagers. Slowly, people began to recognize his divine powers and started seeking solutions to all kinds of problems, from him. Panditji always used to wear blue coloured clothes and accordingly he was also given the title of “Neel Vastra Dhaari”.
Due to his divine powers, any prophecy made by Panditji would invariably come true. People of Chirawa and nearby villages slowly recognized this and developed faith in him and started following and worshipping him. They were also very fortunate to see a lot of miracles which could be attributed to him. One of the most prominent miracles/ blessings given by Shri Panditji was to Shri Jugalkishoreji Birla of the now Illustrious family of Birlas, originally from Pilani, a neighboring village. Panditji also had the ability to transform himself and could be seen in various forms such as a Bull or Lion.
Panditji attained Samadhi in Vikram Samvat 1969 (calendar year 1912).
Today also, Panditji is a household deity in Chirawa, Nawalgarh and Bhugala. He is also followed and worshipped across India by millions of followers. Every Thursday, night-long Kirtans are organized across India. His “Punyatithi” (Day of attaining Samadhi) is also celebrated every year across the country. An annual Fair is also held on this day at Chirawa, where devotees from all over, come to offer prayers and seek His blessings.
