AUPET Chinmaya

Genesis of this temple of learning :
This “Temple of Learning” was started on the 1st of July, 1974 with a view to imparting education to the children based upon the principles of Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayanandaji.

In January 1979, the school was taken up by the Annamalai Nadar Unnamalai Ammal Charities, Sivakasi and the name was changed as AUC Chinmaya Vidyalaya. The school took its present name as A.U.P.E.T. Chinmaya Vidyalaya Matriculation Higher Secondary School, from 1994.

Aims and Objectives
This institution creates an atmosphere of love and fun
Children are imparted ethical and cultural values.
Scriptural messages and modern day management theories are blended here.
‘Work without stress’ is the simple but strong principle of this Vidyalaya.
A value based and holistic education is given for the Integrated Development of physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual aspects of the personality.
