Ashta Yoga Valley (formerly known as Amit Yoga & Reiki Center) is based in beautiful beaches of Goa at Arambol beach and soon a branch is going to be opened at Mysore (South India). The center offers Yoga Alliance Certified 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training course from time to time in Arambol Goa and soon in Mysore (South India). The Yoga TTC program is designed to be a profound personal experience where you will deepen your own practice, gain knowledge and self-awareness, and be certified to safely and confidently teach others in the Ashtanga / Hatha style of yoga. The center also offers a weekly Yoga Course, Yoga Intensive course and Hands on Adjustment / Alignment course for Yoga teachers, Prayanama courses are also imparted.
