The city of Vishakhapatnam lovingly called Vizag by its resident is a coastal city of Andhra Pradesh.It is surrounded by hills and water has it own laid back charm.Vizag boast of very scenic coast line and the combination of hills gently sloping down to sea is very captivating.The city boast of an art college and is home to many prominent artists,who has made it to national and international level.The opening of an art gallery Art Station was a natural outcome of this scenario.It is situated on the beach road overlooking the Bay of Bengal.Art station art gallery was started by four lady artists,with the sole aim of encouraging the local artistes,to showcase the works of established as well as budding artist.To serve as platform for art lovers to appreciate and to enjoy the affordable art.
