Army Public School, Meerut Cantt

Army Public School Meerut Cantt was established on 7 Aug. 1987 as a Primary School to provide education to the wards of army personnel who come on transfer through the course of session. The school is managed by the School Management Committee (SMC) under the patronage of GOC UB Area. The Commander (Cdr), Meerut Sub Area is designated as it's Chairman.
What started as a small trickle with about 200 students is now a mighty stream with 3300 students. Army Public School Meerut is an English medium school, affliated to the CBSE and is upto the senior secondary level with all the three streams viz. Science, Commerce and Humanities. .
The School has well equipped laboratories for Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Home Science and Computers as well as an up-to-date library. All major games are played in the school for which ample facilitices are available. The gymnasium is fitted with an eight station work-out machine. It also provides facilities for table-tennis, judo etc.
