We are glad to introduce our new project named ANUSKARA which we have started at Taluka Rajapur, District Ratnagiri, and approx. 70 KM from Kolhapur. Anuskara which is the project of 350 Acres brings you an opportunity to buy a beautiful Plantation land & We will help you do the plantation & look after it. We offer you plantation land of minimum 11 GUNTHA in RS.1, 50,000/-.

Payment Terms,
The amount can be paid in three installments, at time of booking Rs.50, 000/-,
Rs.50, 000/- before 2 months & remaining
Rs.50, 000/- after 5 to 6 months. Anuskara project is good & safe investment with big returns in 10 years.
With Anuskara you will have an option for plantation for which we will be the care taker. After owing 11 Guntha land 100 teak plant can be planted, these plantation will be done by us, after plantation the company will take all the care needed.

For plantation the expenses would be as follows:
11 Guntha = 100 tree * 100 Rs per plantation = Rs.10000/-.
Water provided for 11 Guntha Land (Thibak Sinchan/ Drip Irrigation System) = Rs.15000/-.
Yearly maintenance = Minimum Rs.2000/- (for 10 years).
After 10 Years (returns)
1 Teak tree = 12 cubic feet wood.
1 cubic feet = 2500/- Rs. in India.
12 * 2500 = 30000/- for 1 teak tree
100 * 30000 = 30 lacs for 100 teak trees

As we will be taking care for 10 years it will charge 25% of your returns.
