The Pharmacovigilance Program of India (PvPI) was launched with a broad objective to safe guard the health of 1.27 billion people of India. We at ADR monitoring Center of RD Gardi Medical College monitor the ADRs in malwa region. We encourage Health care professionals to report ADRs/side effects, even it is well known. We also educate patients on safe use of medications to protect them from unnecessary suffering and medical expenses. We contribute the drug regulatory authority of India (CDSCO) in taking decision for safe use of medicines. We invite all the health care professionals and patients/consumers to join us in our mission to promote patient safety.
